We had a quiet and lovely weekend at home, cooked a ton of food (I think Christmas eve chili is a new tradition), and wallowed in the magic of Christmas. Yesterday we officially became the "Cousin Eddie" of the family by showing up at Nikki's house for the full family celebration with 2 pigs, 1 dog, a toddler, and somehow, no gifts (between the pigs, the dog, and the toddler, we had a lot to get in the car. That's my excuse).
Two from this weekend:
He can finally stop wearing the bag on his head.
Feeling pretty pleased with himself for mastering his new chopsticks.
And two from today:
Today was absolutely gorgeous (now that Christmas is over I'm back to being glad we never get snow) and we spent most of it playing in the backyard.
