One of the things I LOVE about our neighborhood is the vein of green that runs through it. From our back porch all you can see is trees and beyond the trees is this:
Along the creek we have seen: herons, baby raccoons, owls, snakes, woodpeckers, vultures, possums, and (reminding us that we are still in the city)a homeless man wearing a yarmulke and a graduation gown.
